Standard shipping is always free on all orders.

Delivery Times

Our orders are generally delivered within 12–20 business days.

This timeframe represents the maximum estimated delivery period provided for transparency, particularly during periods of high order volumes.

In most cases, however, orders are delivered sooner.

Order processing takes approximately 48 business hours.

Insured & Priority Delivery

During checkout, you can choose our Insured & Priority Delivery service.

This service provides coverage in the event of:

• Lost parcels
• Damage during delivery
• Theft
• Delivery errors
• An incorrect address being entered

In these cases, you will be eligible for priority assistance and a full refund in accordance with the applicable conditions.

Insured Delivery also covers situations where the tracking information shows the parcel as “delivered” but it has not actually been received.

Orders Without Insured Delivery

For orders placed without Insured Delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement in cases involving:

• An incorrect address provided by the customer
• Parcel theft
• Loss of the parcel
• Return to sender

In these circumstances, an additional charge may be required to arrange a new shipment.

Order Tracking

Every shipment is handled with care and is fully trackable.

Approximately 48 hours after your order is confirmed, you will receive your tracking number by email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may arrive in separate shipments.
