Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Intact
• Unused
• Returned in their original packaging

You will receive all the necessary instructions together with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Insured Shipping

We are not responsible for any loss during delivery where insured shipping was not selected at the time of purchase.

Bundle Returns Policy

Bundles available in our store include discounts that are automatically applied at the time of purchase.

In the event of a partial return:

• The bundle discount will no longer apply
• Any products you keep will be recalculated at their full individual price
• Your refund will be calculated based on the difference between the amount originally paid and the value of the products you keep

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been shipped.

In this case, a refund will be issued immediately.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns procedure.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your withdrawal request.

The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned product or until you provide confirmation that the return has been shipped.

All returned items will be inspected before final approval of the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, our team will promptly arrange either:

• A replacement
• A full refund

at no additional cost to you.
